Discourteous guard at the entrance. This is not how SM wants their guards to conduct themselves. While waiting in line at bills payment, the guard approached me and just matter of factly tells me to move from my place. No courtesy of explaining why. So I moved one step backwards believing that what he means is that I'm too close to the one in front of me (even though she was more than an arm's length away.) Then he matter of factly tells me to move to a certain location because I was supposedly blocking the corridor. After complying to his "demand", no courtesy of a thank you at all.

Make sure to double check the items you purchased and NEVER leave the cashier while they are in the process of packing (all that you bought). When i got home today, I was really dismayed to find out that at least two items that i bought (a dust pan & a generic plastic container) were not included in the grocery bags. While i would've shrugged it off thinking that said items were less than a php100 both, the inconveniece of going back to claim these or purchase new ones is just really disconcerting. That plus, this is the 2nd time that this happened to me. Regardless if this is deliberate or not, an incident such as this is completely unacceptable and should not be happening to begin with. More especially so considering that there weren't a lot of shoppers that could've prompted the personnel assisting me to act hastily w/o regard of the items they were tucking away. I purchase all my goods in this location every pay day. I really hope this experience never transpires again. Very dissappointing.

I went to this place while in the middle of my travel going to Malabon. I was hungry and thought that I might find something that would give me an ease. Timely, as soon as I parked, the rain started to pour. Of course, since I am going to eat, I checked the Bathroom and found no soap. I asked one of the facilities personnel if they have soap. She just said "wala po."(none). Amidst the pandemic I can't believe that stores like these are allowed to operate in such way. Soap and water are basic necessities that businesses should have as part of sanitation prerequisites to operate.
